Insurance Information

I am an out-of-network outpatient provider and do not contract directly with insurance companies.  
I am happy to assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

1.Payment for each session is due at the time of treatment. You are provided with a  statement to submit to your insurance company.
2.It is often helpful to call your insurance company in advance so that you will be clear about what your out-of-network benefits are.
